Planning Board minutes for Thursday December 12, 2013
The meeting was opened at 7:07 p.m.
Members present: Stephen Enoch, co-chair, Barry Karson, Maggie Leonard, co-chair, Alan Salamon (arrived 7:23).
The minutes from 10-24-13, 11-7-13, and 11-14-13 were read and approved as written.
The board discussed the citizens interested in becoming new Planning Board members. It was agreed to contact the Select Board regarding the appointment.
The board discussed the recent Special Town meeting on December 6th and the rejection of the moratorium on medical marijuana clinics.
The board also discussed other priorities such as a wind bylaw and interest in ADU’s.
There were two public hearing notices from Great Barrington in the mail.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
